Similar price point between the GT and the SS, similar straightline performance, GT exceeds the handling of the SS...... how does this hurt? The 11GT will sell just fine, as will the Camaro SS.

Again, if a car that traps at 111mph (SS) is close to a car that traps a 118mph (GT500), your definition of close is pretty vague. Shall we say that Rosy O'Donnell is close in looks to Angelina Jolie....
