Doubtful, how do you expect a 300lb heavier car making pretty much the same wheel horsepower on average to match or beat a 12.4 stock time? 12.3X from a stock camaro?? Two tenths difference came from a run in a negative DA correct? you can have all the time you want the numbers are against you.
People going against logic in favor of their personal choice of a car is what creates arguments, like whats quoted above.
