I saw that tune, I think a 12.75,right? Well, I wouldn't suggest getting it, if I remember correctly, the guy tuned the car, ran the quarter mile, and then switched back to stock in order to ensure that his car's engine didn't blow. It wasn't safe/reliable at all, I would think you would need at least intake with full dual turboback exhaust to hit the high 12's, with a tune, and still be safe.
