I myself was never under any grand illusions that the Camaro would come back as an ICE coupe, especially once Queen Mary reassigned Al Oppenheiser to EV development and 7th Gen development was axed.
At this point it doesn’t matter. I’ve made my peace, both with the loss of Camaro forever and my dedication to GM. Ford has my loyalty from now on. They’re committed to Mustang gas V8 production long-term.
