What you are asking for wasn't added to vBulletin until version 4.2. We are on 3.8. As it stands now, no it is not something that can simply be enabled.

Only genuine oem fascia covers will fit the heritage grill. So if you want a ZL1 style fascia, you will have to buy a oem ZL1 fascia.

Also, stay away from ikon or any other aftermarket fascia's....
