TCS Button/Switch removal

I need to replace the tcs button on my 2012 rs. I know how to disassemble the the area around it in order to get to it. But how does the actual switch come out? Is it clipped in some how? Thanks.

New stereo!

I finally found a stereo I liked. Installed it with the Schoshe kit today. It was a pain in the a$$ to install, but it looks and functions great now.
