LT2 Manifold & 95mm TB
4 Attachment(s)
Installing the LT2 intake manifold & 95mm LT5 TB this week. No tune yet but will be getting one down the road.
What do you guys think the HP gains on this install? I will only be porting the opening around the TB so everything lines up. (Intake, adapter plate, TB) I also order the corvette engine cover and will take the plate off that says Corvette. Will have to mode that plate somehow to get a decal/emblem with Camaro. I chose this cover because it has a stainless steel plate with Corvette on it and can be taken out to mode it. Maybe flip it over and change sides depending what it looks like on the other side. Wrap it and a decal possibly. Stay tuned. |
Got Mine From GPI on Sunday, now the sanding cutting and shaving begins. Now how to fill the 4 holes on top?
Thanks GPI super fast shipping! |
Man I wish I could make one fit on my C7, but just too tall for the Cowl.

Good info on below link on porting the throat https://youtu.be/rZSprqJHA9I |
If you take the porting back in the throat I’d say a solid 20-25rw..2mph+
Anyone using the insulator pad under the manifold? |

Well I ported the LT2 today. Rock Auto just delivered the 95mm and Katech Adapter is also here. I will do some more hand sanding tomorrow to smooth out some nicks the dermal caused. Over all I am pumped to put it on and hopefully I am impressed with the manifold and TB. I lined it up in the throat of the manifold and I shaved off enough for the 95mm to flow with no lip from the manifold.

Really feels night and day different. Haven't tracked it yet but was running 8.0 1/8 mile before and hoping to be mid 7's now. I think you gonna be impressed with the results ! |

It’s in!!!!!!
You have to knock those bolts lose. Thanks to GPI for aligning the bottom and putting the rear connector on, the map extension made this an easy install. Time to clean the tools and organize the garage before a drive. The idle was fine, the sound with a slight rev was different. Could be a combination of the muffler pad not on any more and of course the bigger manifold/TB. The paper gasket at the rear sealed nicely. After drive will double check bolts, now just have to wait for the corvette engine cover which will be moded for a Camaro emblem or wait for a company to produce a sticker. Hmmmmm, now I have a strut tower for sale. Lol |
is the strut tower no where near close to fitting back on? or with some slight dremelling to the upper intake would it fit?
