Hex vent install

Just before re-installation.

Final install of the splash trays.

Cutting the insulation around the splash tray.

No trays yet.

Instructions say to remove the alignment studs but we use them to hold the splash trays on.

The one on the left was the first one cut open. Obviously it's a learning experience because the second one slid right in.

Cutting the second opening with a jigsaw.

Grinding on the edges of the first opening using a Dremel.
