3-5lbs less than the factory suitcase or is it more ?

i think the npp systems differ less than that. i also think full exhaust weight is negligible across all options that use a muffler bigger than your fist.

Replacing the suitcase with an axle back system that has for instance MAGNAFLOW mufflers is closer to 20 pounds LIGHTER than stock.

To give you a more precise answer, I lost 40 pounds of weight when I replaced the stock headers with KOOKs headers and off road pipe and Magnaflow back half system. My 2019 SS2 1lE is now at a DRY weight of 3614 pounds including the APEX wheels which are 2-3 pounds lighter per wheel. I also have ZL1 brakes though which do add some weight.

On non NPP it was surprisingly only 6 lbs, on my LT1. I went with the GMPP exhaust, Borla S Type built.

I don't know if the LT1 OEM axleback is the same as the ZL1, but my axleback weighed ~42 and my Kooks AB weighed 22, and there's several different Kooks AB that presumably vary in weight
