Tires

Afternoon,

Took advantage of APEX's group buy on their SM-10s. Looking at tire choices for the 18 inch wheel.
Is anyone running a 335/30/18 on their ZL1 or 1LE. If so, any issues with rubbing, etc. I know about the wiring harness relocation. Thanks

Why 18's? Is it for street or track? Lower cost tires? Sorry I'm a newbie and ask lots of questions

Yes, for the track only.

Took advantage of this as well.

The selection of racing slicks is much broader for 18" than for 19"

You can get used slicks (5-10 laps use) online for $125 a tire.

Yes, already been talking to JP at usedracingtires.com. He provided a wealth of information. Just looking at all my alternatives. Considering a 305/660/18 and 325/660/18. Is anyone using a 680? Any issues, rubbing, etc.
