Exclamation Big Gulp Series Cold Air Intakes by Roto-fab

Roto-fab is excited to introduce the Big Gulp Series of cold air intake systems! The Big Gulp CAI was designed to feed the air demands of the fastest Camaros in the world. Don’t leave horsepower on the table - get the most out of your modifications with these key air intake design features:

- Big Gulp CAI was custom designed to fit 2016-19 Camaro SS with a supercharger and 2017-19 Camaro ZL1. As with all Roto-fab products, you can expect the fitment and product quality that your car deserves!

- Our innovative air box coupling method allows for solid mounting to the air box as the system transitions from our 6” air filter clamping surface. This coupling design also effectively seals out unwanted engine heat!

- Air box seals effectively to the hood which allows for maximum air filter size and air box volume! It also utilizes the full factory air inlet to ensure low IATs and maximize performance.

- Roto-fab is well known for having the best performing 6th Gen Camaro CAI on the market. We deliver outstanding performance, superior quality, and first class customer service to every Roto-fab customer.

- Standard hardware for this system includes a 5” to 4 ¼“ hose coupler for larger throttle bodies. 4” adapter is sold separately for the factory throttle body. We use 100% silicone hose couplers to ensure lasting product quality!

- Custom fabricated inlet elbow to maximize performance and airflow cross-section. We also incorporated an oversized breather port to further accommodate high-horsepower applications. Our polymer duct work is also effective in reducing heat transfer.

- Due to increased air flow, the Big Gulp Series CAI systems require a custom tune for your vehicle.

The Big Gulp CAI series has already shown gains of up to 30 RWHP over our standard CAI system on a heavily modified 6th Gen ZL1. Whether you are just getting your build started, or adding a final touch to your car, this CAI is sure to impress. We are excited to take aftermarket performance to the next level with the Roto-fab Big Gulp Series!

Awesome! We did incorporate a large threaded port for the breather fitting on this system, similar to the custom fabricated one we did for you.

Have a Merry Christmas,
Michael

Just might have to upgrade to this to go along with my NW TB!

I don't see this gaining those kind of numbers on most builds around here over the standard RF. On 800+whp stuff making 14+ psi sure. I'm gonna hold off and wait to see it how it performs in the real world first.

What are your thoughts on gains from a stock TB to a NW 103 with a Whipple. 10-15, maybe? But you have to take the small rubber intake tube and stretch it over the NW TB. A PD blower benefits from the NW, so wouldnt it also help to reduce the restrictions before the TB? Just thinking out loud here.

I was going to try and fab up a larger intake tube, as to not be a restriction compared to the NW TB diameter. I hope to possibly do my winter project stuff, get it tuned then throw this big gulp on and see the difference.

I'm going with a ported 95mm LT5. Going to Dyno with the ported stocker then swap the 95 unit. But yeah if you have the 103 it may make sense, but the 103 still isn't larger then the diameter of the standard 4" RF tube.

The ported 95 will def help you out! It will be nice to see the difference between the 2.
