So I started wondering why my 2013 2SS has so many differences from most 2013 I run into and see on the internet.

Two glaring things are the wheels and electric steering.

My factory wheels are the type with the narrowed 5 blade look. Most other 2013 I've seen have the more boxy version that the 2010-2012 have.
I also have the electronic steering which apparently was an option in 2013? I've seen it all the time on 2014's but not my model year.

Could it be my car was a end of the model run and got some stuff for the 2014 added to it as they got the production line ready to start the 2014 model? It does have a very high production number in the VIN.

All 2013 SS had electric assist steering. I ordered mine the first day special orders opened.

Ok 1 question my is a 2011 SS and it has every options that the RS package offered but I don't have the halos. I have all leather interior the 4 gauge pack and moon roof with heated seats. But also I found out my car at one time was a Hertz rental car also. Thank you

You just have a 2ss like me. The RS has halo's, darker tail lights, body color roof ditch molding and darker silver wheels. And red SS badges instead of white.

leather and gauges was part of the 2SS.
Sunroof was a stand alone option.

RS package included halo headlights, darker tail lights and painted roof rail moldings.

So I have a 11 2SS but it has the moon roof and red SS emblem on the rear sunroof and everything and that means its a RS package?? I'm new to the 5th gen and just got the car but the dealership didnt say anything about a RS package

Does it have the halo HID headlights? If so it is more than likely a RS, the other things you mention other than the red SS emblem are not part of the RS package. There should also be a red SS in the grille.

yes its has the HID halos but it has a bowtie in the grille
