Is it possible to order replacements for the window stickers that come on the cars? - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I bought my '11 brand new but don't remember what I did with the window sticker that was on it and I really wanted to frame it but obviously can't now. Does anyone know if it is possible to get a dealer to order a new one or no?

Your not the first one to ask but Unfortunately the answer is No.
You can get a build sheet but not the window sticker afaik.

I also own a 2011 i misplaced the window sticker i want to dealer in late 2013. Spoke to General manager the top dog. He got me introduced to a Great lady in inventory control. She new who to speak with at GM. I was sent The Window Sticker with small note that is was a copy of orginal. Plus a copy of build sheet. No Charge, i was more then willing to pay. Go to your dealer start at the top of the food chain, and i think you can get some help.

This ^^^^^ is about your only shot. Shortly after buying my Corvette the window sticker was 'misplaced'. Went to the dealership, talked with the assistant manager and 2-3 weeks later I received a replacement copy along with a copy of the build sheet free of charge.

I would make the drive to ensure I talked with someone who could and was willing to help. My dealership at the time was over 80 miles away & that's what I did.

I actually emailed someone as soon as I replied and they got right back to me saying they'd look into it so I'm a little optimistic. If they say no and clearly it's possible since you 2 have done it, I'll make a drive and talk to some managers. Thanks for confirming it is doable though and that I'm not crazy.

I must have a crappy dealer, when I asked they said they get that question all the time and they cant get them.

i put mine in a frame and use it at car shows..... i like it beacuse it says the color is sim and you can see that i change the top of the car to black with the blue border

I couldn't find mine and asked my sales person (Eleni at Flemington Chevy in NJ) and she was able to get me a replacement.

Not that this helps you get a copy, but my dealer laminated all window stickers which I thought was cool, and when I decided to buy it from there, I made sure they didn't fold it and took it off them straight away! I keep it in a huge box along with other receipts for the car. I even kept the tags which were hanging off the glove box and around the shifter. Anal,I know, but I like to keep everything when it comes to my cars!
