So I left my name at some ford dealers as interested in the GT350. one of the dealers called me back today and told me they got their allotment and wanted to know if I was ready to order. I asked him what the mark up is and he told me $25,000!

Just like all special cars, there will be dealers that will mark them up. I know once my local dealer gets theirs, I would not be shocked if they wanted 20-30 over MSRP for it.

There are dealers that are selling at MSRP (supposedly) After a while it will come down but their will still be dealers that want over MSRP for them

I was seriously considering the GT350 but with that mark up I might as well get a Z06.

Almost a year has passed since this post and the dealer near me wants 85k for their gt350 non R.
Anyone know if there is such a thing as a gt350 being sold at msrp?

I was honestly looking into buying one 6 months ago and damn hyped about it! Thank spaghetti I didn't because the more I read reviews and watch clips of them the less I'm impressed.

With those markups is there a point to getting that over a Z06 besides potential appreciation and a back seat? Just a love of an na motor and the name?

Buy one here in Canada. $75K CDN about $58-$60K USD

Looked on Ford website. Checked inventory in around Virginia, I have friends there. 20 GT350s, almost all under $60K

California is famous for dealers adding ADM- additional dealer mark up.

There are some dealers here in detroit area at MSRP which is 56k +options.

Another 8 k and you will be at ZL1 pricing (est 64 k).

A lot of different things I would get for 90k... That's just absurd an in my opinion shouldn't even be legal to do something like that. The crazy thing is though... people buy em. I guess if I just had stupid money... no.. not even then I wouldn't lol, hell if I know why they buy em with such a huge mark up. I might have heard wrong, but I thought I heard that starting next year there will be lots more of them made and the dealer mark-up should be gone or next to gone because of that.

It's a great car from what i've heard.. i'm not saying it isn't... but ya I would snag up a Z06 or a ZL1 + a motorcycle/project/4wheeler/Significant other treaty gifts... and yes in that order.

There was a used gt350r with 250 miles on it by my house. An angels baseball player bought it and then returned it...that is doing stupid stuff with a stupid amount of money!
