How heavy is the driver. Serious question. Mine does the same thing and I just assumed I was too heavy and pressing down on the mechanism too much.

heated seats

I had that same issue on my 2010 camaro before I got rid of it. I ended up replacing the heated seat control module under my extended warranty no problems after that.

I'm 6"3 and 280.... so that could be a prob. In my other car (Jeep Liberty) the heated seats work perfect. That seriously sucks if this car isn't big guy friendly. I will say though being 6"3 is a hassle in this car, I have to have the seat ALL the way back and down and if I sit up straight my head touches the top

Everytime I used I still had to pay the first 100. After I traded in my camaro got a 900 check for the remaining left on my warranty not bad.

I had the same problem in mine. It ended up being the wire in the back of the seat became brittle and loose. If you pull up the leather backing on the chair you can check for it. Cut two zipties at the bottom and use the zippers. I ended up re-soldering the wire together and there hasnt been a problem since.
