Service suspension system
So last Wednesday night I got off work and started my z and service suspension system came on, on my dash, brought the car to dealer on Thursday of last week. Had the car all weekend and call me on Tuesday and tell me that it's a module that went bad and that's was the problem ! So now it's Thursday evening and no call !! I called and left a message at 4:00, an hour before they close no call back !! Wtf call me and tell me what the hell is going on right ? Nope now I've waited all day and now the day is shot !!
Sorry rant done !!

Sorry to say but most service depts. just plain suck at customer service and keeping the customer informed.

They actually called me 30 minutes after they closed to tell me that they got the part in at a few hours ago and said that they would try to get it done tomorrow but I'm really am going to raise hell if I do not get it back tomorrow ! they told me that it's a simple fix !! Well so simple should take over a week plus I'm paying to have other services done at that and the one thing that I paid for of course is done but the original problem is still on going
Well I guess this rant is done and I know this type of stuff happens but just call or text or email an update
