Goodbye rally stripes! before&after

Well I've had my IOM for about a year now with the white rally stripes, I liked them in the beginning but I think I just grew out of them, so off they came! Here are before and afters. (Process was fairly simple about 2 hours. Let.the car sit in the sun, removed viynl stripes. Then once stripes were removed used polishing compound to remove any adhesive left behind and ALOT of elbow grease. !!) =)

I've wanted to get another good and trunk so I could get stripes painted on. I think about if I would want to get the 45th stripes or get another color. I really want metallic blue stripes.

None. The only issue I had was when I removed the pinstripes and the rally stripes, there was some dirt
Build up and wax build up from me waxing the car 100 times. But I cleaned the car and bought some polishing compound and it worked great!(if you have a buffing or polishing machine I'd suggest using that it would save alot of time) Doing the second treating to the whole car to remove the rest of surface scratches today.

If you read through my 1st post I explained the process took about 2 hours. Let the car heat up in the sun, then start peeling them off like a sticker. Make sure the viynl is warmed up makes.it alot easier. It's tedious but if yu Tse your time it's easy, especially if you have a 2014 you should have no problem!
