Redlight expirience.
So im driving home from the office, and I pull up at a redlight.
3 lane road. Im in the middle. Minding my own buisness. WHEN... Rolling to a halt next to me is a Black ZR1 corvette with a heavy tint. DAMN was this a hot car, this thing looked fast just idling at a redlight. So I smiled, checked out the car, and turned away. All of a sudden his window comes down. Middle aged guy... maybe mid-late 30's, Dark shades, military cut. And hes yelling at me. I turned back trying to figure out what hes saying, but his exhaust mixed with my years of being a drummer in a rock band was prohibiting my hearing him. So finally I yelled back, "WHATTTTTTTTTTTT" This almost seemed to suprise him. He looked directly at me for a second, and then seemed to look right past me and kept on yelling. He was yelling and pointing at the road like an idiot. So here i am thinking this guy wants to race me in a Zr1? I dont think so. Homie dont play that game. But right as im thinking that, the light turns green, and the roar of exhaust comes flooding into my windows... but from both sides of my car. I look to my right out the passenger window just in time to see a black GTR launching and spinning all 4 wheels through this intersection. Man. Both cars took off like rockets. Finally i figured out the guy next to me was trying to yell over to his buddy and wanted nothing to do with me. Anyways it was quite the expirience, and if you ever have the means to sit in between a GTR and Zr1 as they launch and accelerate full throttle I highly recommend it. And just for the record the Zr1 won. |
