Acceleration hesitation???
While merging on to the 70mph toll road the other day, I felt the need to get on her a bit At the end of the entrance ramp, at about 35mph, I popped it into second, got the revs up to about 4k, then dumped the clutch. To my surprise, nothing happened, and all though I was engaged in second, the revs just dropped from my throttle blip as if I was still in neutral after what felt like 2 seconds, the acceleration finally kicked in, and all was normal. Mind you, I've merged on the toll way like this a few times before and had no such problem. I haven't had the chance to try it again due to the snow we've been having. Can some one enlighten me as to what may have happened? Thanks brothers!
Joe

If you want to rule out Traction Control, turn all nannies off and try this again.
