SP Headers installed

Like the subject says. I finally got my SP headers installed. The install was not to bad. Tge passenger side is a real pain. Not much room in there. I waz one of the lucky one that had a cross threaded upper 02 senesor. Go figure it was the last one i took out. Other than that it went great anx it sounds so mean now. Combined with my jre tune update. The car ripps now.

Sorry to hear about that O2 sensor. Did you use any penetrating lubricant before you removed them? Did the sensor get cross-threaded or just the bung?

Just the sensor. Had no trouble with any of the other three no oil no nothing just a twist of a wrench. Car only has 4500 miles on it. Never seen rain or snow.

You might have been able to save some of those threads if you had used some heat and penetrating oil. Glad everything else went ok!

Once it started to get tight i try some pb and let it sit. Move in and out. Got me nowhere. Got some heat on it. Got it out but it was shot. Lucky napa had one instock. None of the ten dealers near me had ome instock. They said they only stock things in demand.

I had 5000 miles when I installed mt LTs. Soaked them with PB Penetrating Catalyst and let it sit for 15 min. All 4 came out fine. I had used WD-40 the day before with no luck. PB also had a lubricant that I bought by mistake and that didn't work either.
