So my journey begins...
So I have finally put myself on the waiting list at my local dealer. I am 122 on the list and they barely got 5 allocations for this month. I am not in a hurry since at the moment I can not afford it just yet. I will be selling my baby of 6 years, a 2000 Pontiac Trans am. Of coarse it will be in the hands of my younger brother but I figured keep it in the family. I should have about 10k saved for down payment hopefully more. If this does not happen I will wait it out but I figured id give it a shot. It will be a 2SS/RS and hopefully I will get a payment below 400 or right at it. Insurance is the killer here. Anyone have any good rates for a 23 year old ?

why do u say that ?
2010 will run all through next summer Think about it .... no other 2010 Models for other vehicle makes have come out. And when I say that I mean that there is no 2010 Impala ..Silverado ... Suburban etc.

As far as insurance rates I would guess with a good record it's gonna be around 200.00 per month.
18 y.o. had 500 per month and I at 38 and no tickets or accidents am at 135.00 per. That's with Bonnie as a driver also.

well there are still people that can back out from it at the last minute for whatever reason
I seriously dont think it will be that long to where it rolls to 2011. This dealer has been allocated about 29 cars a month more less. I kinda had it figured another month or two before i put my order in and then maybe 2-3 months before i take delivery.

LOL! well the dealer just told me they had already placed 5 more orders so im down to 112.
