Thumbs up Bad news racing support

I would like to take some time to do a review on BNR support. I bought the trifecta tune from them at. Great price when it was on sale a second time. I loved my tune when it came it around a week or so turn around time that was fast! They took the time to respond to each of my questions no matter what it was about and that's what sold me on buying from them. When I sent in my update there was slight miscommunication and my update file was not received so after a month of waiting on an update tune BNR racing and I figured out the email didn't make it so I sent another and they confirmed it was received. Throughout that time I messages them like every 4 days among for an update to my update and well they did a great job of of explaining why it was taking so long the point is they never ignores my messages. Now after they confirmed my emailed data long they said they would get on it asap and I am now waiting it has been about 4 days so no urgency yet but I'm sure they will come through plus I know Vince is really busy. Thanks BNR for always paying attention to your messages and never ignoring a pm.
