95 dark purple metallic V6 t tops? RARE?

We are preparing to pick up an 85,000 mile original dark purple metallic V6 t top, cloth interior camaro tomorrow. My question is this? After viewing production numbers of this color (9,786), and the fact that it was only produced for two years....would this be a car to lightly modify, or just leave factory. Its in beautiful condition, and was always garaged. Im torn... And if I can mod it. whats the first mod you all would suggest. This is my first v6 4th gen???? what you all think??

Light modify. Rare color but it is still a V6. Very unique color though. I remember a used car dealer had a 95 z in the color a few years back.

3.4 or 3.8 liter? In my opinion, routine maintanence and keep it looking good. There is no small mod that is going to give either the 3.4 or 3.8 V6 engine a large power gain. So, my first choice for mods would be a set of rims, I'm assuming it has the stock salad shooter wheels on it?

I'd leave it stock, waste of time modding an old V6 unless your going for boost. A lot of money for no power in N/A form.

parts can be cheap, just have to no where to look. grandprix forums are great for 3800 parts.

This is the older purple, not as rare.

Yea I got that, just saying there's not much to be had in power gains for the usual big mods on a N/A motor ie heads, cam, intake etc.

Lol don't buy into the advertising numbers, those are inflated to sell the product. I've never seen a CAI net 20 or even close. Probably 10 at best, depending on how crappy the stock setup is.
