I have a whipple on order and will have it installed with kooks 2" headers and high flow cats. Rotofab intake (whatever parts are used) and a tony Mamo ported throttlebody. No other mods expected.

Everything should b installed in 3 weeks. So hang tight, I'm on it!

Very Cool!!! Please Dyno with just those mods only. I have the Rotofab on now, Kooks 2" headers and cats are in the mail and just have not ordered the TB yet. Trying to figure out where to go next. This info would be great!

would love to see the dyno with this combo as well, too bad we have to tune with this setup as my service manager is cool with all sorts of mods to include a whipple or maggie, (no bell or procharger) but he says the tune is a kill stop as if something happens they have to include the ecu data to GM...

Could you be persuaded to dyno the whipple alone first too?

I'm completely lost here, the OP only has a SS, not a ZL1 ..Non FI even without meth he should atleast get 600 RWHP on a whipple with no mods... If it was swapping the stock S/C out with a whipple then I could see only a 23 RWHP gain, but on a non F.I. stock SS he should gain quite a bit of power...

Edit: n/m - disregard.

why 23? Thats very specific. . I think Whipple claims something like 100-125 with the blower alone and calibration.

Except going off of what has happened on CTS-V3s that's not going to happen. Not even close. Half of that at minimum. For now I think the 2650 is worth waiting on if you want that kind of blower. Personally I'd be going for a ProCharger kit.

I think the Gen3 rotorpacks for the LT4 will probably be out soon too for the Whipple, that should make some more power

Really if you are going to go with a whipple the air in and air out is an important thing. My tuner guy and I expect minimum 700-750 rwhp.

Nice!! Dyno with smaller pulley, you will lose boost. I'm running the 3.125 now.
should be 9LBS,

Why??

Why would you want to do a whipple and no other supporting mods? The only reason to go to a larger blower is to move more air, or move the air by turning the blower slower thus creating less heat. With more air you need more fuel. You will not be able to get there with just a tune and not overdrive the high pressure fuel pump. This is where a cam comes in.!.! So until a viable option for another HPFP is available then a cam is a must with more air.

I plan on doing other mods as well, wanted to see what other people experienced just the whipple to give an idea.
