Is Misfit Garage fake?

Title says it all. I like to watch almost any "car" show. But their are just too many coincidences in the latest batch. Like this weeks.

Building this beautiful 55 bel air (my favorite color) and they keep bringing up that it would be a six figure car. Alarm bell #1 goes off. All of these shows have way, waaayyyyy, out there prices for the cars.

During the build they do a short segment trying to fire it up. Alarm bell #2 goes off when I see the attached photo of the headliner. So many staples. I know they probably just have not finished the trim work. But they stated in the show it was done.

Then there were several others in this episode and so many more in others.

I know. Reality TV. But really?

Rumor around DFW says half the cars sold on Fast and Loud are sitting in a warehouse.

Take your mothers advice... "Turn off the tv and go play outside. "

Not implying you're kids, just reminding you how smart mom was.

Anyone watch Classic Car Rescue with Bernie and Mario? That is about as fake as it gets but like Rusty said, it is TV entertainment.

The only shows that are close to reality , Pantom works, and wheeler dealer. Any Richard Rawlings show is fake from beginning to end. Most of his cars he sells end up sitting in the garage and you see them in other episodes sitting in back ground shots. Overhauling was pretty factual, more so the later seasons when the quit "stealing" the cars and didn't have the 7-8 day deadline. If it's on the v ,its fake, just ask Vince McMahon

Don't care for misfit garage. Boring, humdrum, no talent and no spontaneous personalities that make you want to watch show. Of course they are fake just like fast and loud. But at least Rawlings had a personality that made you want to watch the show. These other shows are very (yawn) boring.
