That might be good for a manual car but way too high for an 8 speed.

Something in the 2.90-3.10 range would probably be as high as you want.

How do you fix the speedometer error with gear ratio and tire size changes?

Yea the LTG cars I think I heard needed that to help get them into boost quicker. I was just talking about the LT1 A8 cars for 3.91 being too much.

Just for the record JFM-Jr on here has gone 11.65 118.5 with just DR on 19 in wheels with A8 2.77 gears so gearing is a non issue with 8 gears and 1st being 4.56

Ported intake and ported tb actually. Not just DR only. Im right next to him on the list.

As for the gearing....it could use maybe a bit more but not a ton. maybe 3.08 in the rear.

Does anyone know if that 3.27 gear in the 2.0 has the same ring gear thickness ? Is that an open differential or limited slip ?

it seems like a shorter tire might physically do the same thing. I wonder what teh differennce is between stock 18" and 20" RS PKG.

Think the manual ones do have a limited slip but not the autos.
