Ted, Why does it seem people are down on aeromotive fuel pumps? They seem great on paper but my tuner and many forum members have said to stay clear. Any input?

I built several cars with them and they work great, no problems.

The big draw back is Noise they are very loud compared to the Fore and Squash stuff.

This is what I recommend with an .82 AR exhaust housing.

You are certainly dancing on the landmines with a stock pump, your tuner should have been logging fuel pressure and told you that you need a fuel pump upgrade at this power level.

We offer a ZL-1 Pump and proper fuel pump control module that will support 700 RWHP for a very reasonable price and Highly recommended at your power level.

Your pump system needs to maintain 58-61 PSI through the whole run.

We are seeing fuel pressure drop significantly with CAI cam and headers, so imagine what yours is doing with a supercharger cam and headers.

A minor change to the fuel pump control tables will need to be made in the tune.

All Pros No cons.

I expect when you install the pump and control module the engine will become very rich up top as it has been tuned with low fuel pressure.

Call me with any questions.

Ted.

Hi Ted. How many, if any, Hellion top mounts have YOU done? What have YOU noticed for underhood heat issues and the needed fixes. (manufacturers tend to well....exaggerate, or underex).
Pondering FI on a stock bottom (for now)

Thanks

Steve

4, all got the optional ceramic coating, and heat blankets and no problems.

Feel free to give me a call to discuss.

Ted.

Hi Ted. Gonna be installing an AGP KIT soon with the base turbos rated at 800rwhp. I'm gonna be running

Zl1 fuel pump
Adm FPCM
BAP
1000cc FIC Inejctors
50/50 e85 93 mix

Do you think I can push a little over 700whp with this fuel setup? Any suggestions to get the most out of what I have planned? Thanks!!

No I do not, the limit of the ZL-1 pump is 700 on Gasoline.

The more E-85 you add the more volume you will need.

Don't' forget your ZR-1 Map Sensor.

The base turbos have changed over the years, which turbos and with what exhaust housings?

Have you purchased Yet?

Feel free to give me a call.

Ted.

They are 54/57 .63 ar journal bearing turbos. So you think I can make 700 on 93? That's my goal for now
