Brake Bleeding question

Going to switch over to Motul this weekend for track season and wanted to check a couple things...

Is the bleed order the same as the non-Z/28 Brembo's?

(Right rear inner, Right rear outer, Left front inner, Left front outer, Left rear inner, Left rear outer, Right front inner, Right front outer)

Also, does anyone know what the volume of brake fluid is for the system? (As the color for the Motul is likely going to be the same I wanted to get a sense of how much I'm going to replace)

Thanks!

I put 3 quarts through the system. I did the procedure listed above. Pedal felt great on track.
