Wanted: cheap USA sat nav (Florida)

Hi everyone,

I'm arriving in Florida on Saturday, from the UK, and the price to hire a sat nav is a bit silly.

Does anyone have a used cheap sat nav for sale they could post to where I'm staying in Florida?

I should have planned this better ha ha.

I downloaded an app on my phone and tablet called Sygic. When u pay for the program, you can download the maps to your device for whatever state you want to drive through. The maps reside on Your device, so if you lose phone service it can still tell your location through the satellites. I love it. They also have maps of Europe and can even get a HUD if you want! I have the ENTIRE US east of the Mississippi River on mine
It was around $30.. A lot cheaper way to go than paying for a whole GPS unit

Download navigon app on your phone and use it as a gps. i Do that everytime i´m on vacation in usa and it works flawless everytime. It doesnt use your mobile data so you dont need to worry about any extra phone bills when you use it abroad.

Yeah, Sygic works the same way. It's using the maps that are residing on your phone so no data usage.
I also know that Sygic is a European company and offer maps for all over

Right I'll give it a go. So if I turn all my data off and data roaming it still works?
