But that was 25 years ago, probably wouldn't get away with that now.
Ah the good ole days!

True. Or worse. There are a lot of nuts out there in addition to the ones holding our cars together.

It is a disservice to others to do nothing when someone is putting others in danger. Doesn't mean you need to put yourself out there. Think. That's why we have brains... lots of good advice on what to do indirectly without directly interfering and putting yourself and your ride in jeopardy.

I like the flattened cat idea...

That's why I go out on some country road to do my stupid stuff. No one around to hurt but myself and maybe some farmers corn and no cops. In fact I was told by cops to do just that. Maybe if you approached him like that. Tell him it's much safer to go out in the country and have fun. No one around, no cops, etc..., etc... maybe he will get the hint. If not then take it to the next level and report his ass.

One of my neighbors just got a mustang gt so now everytime he goes by my house he feels the need to rev his motor...lol..I need to find his house and pay him back a few friendly revs...

Push a stroller with a doll in it in front of his car as he leaves.

There's always two sides to the story. I remember when I first had my exhaust done and I accelerated from a stop sign and some older gentleman jumped out on the street in front of the car and I thought he was waiving for help. I come to a stop and he says "grow up, you turkey ass!" (I have no idea where he got that insult from but he thought I was speeding when I wasn't And it sounded like it because of the exhaust) but anyway I told him off and his lady was pulling him back to the house. I still can't believe he jumped in front of my car like that. To this day I still wonder if he was mentally ill or something. No one just comes up with "turkey ass" as an insult.

the police cant do anything about it. Parking lot speed limits or stop signs are not enforceable. There decided upon by the company not The town or state.
I would report it to the supervisor. If you ask him to slow down its just going to start shit and if he does get caught by a supervisor that will do something about it he will think you ratted him out.
