Device to measure 0-60 time?
I want to practice launching my car and was looking for a device that can give accurate 0-60 times.

I was curious about this after seeing your post. There's a few quality apps for iPhone, not as many obvious choices for Android. Google "0-60 app"

I believe you can do it with harrys laptimer app and an elm327 OBDII reader. Should be around $20 total cost.

For Android, I use an app called Torque. Get the paid version, as its cheap, and you can use it for so many other useful things aside from just 0 - 60 runs. Its great. You'll need to pair it up with a Bluetooth ELM327 which will hook into your car's OBDII port.
The timed runs use both the readout from your OBDII port and your phone's GPS to produce the 0 - 60 times. It doesn't use the accelerometer to measure this like some other apps do. Takes a little work to set up the app properly to work correctly with the Bluetooth ELM device, and setting it up properly with your car's weight and max RPM needs to be done as well. If you go this route, and need advice feel free to PM me.
