That's great.... same thing I do! As I run along roads, The shadows cast by the telephone poles across the road are my start/ stop lines: Sprint, lope, sprint, lope....

I'd gotten lazy over the past couple of years, fell into a slower pace. However, just a few weeks ago, I resumed this sprint burst method, and have already knocked more than 10% of of my times for a four- mile run. I like results that can be quantified!

Well I finished my race on Sunday Night.

Sunday night after the race was painful. The 2 mile walk to the car was torture. Today I am feeling really good
