4 door Camaro
This forum is getting a little redundant...that's what happens when we have a year and a half to wait...
Anyways to my point- what if the Camaro was offered as a 4 door as well as a coupe-like the 6o's Impala. What would you think:p GM, IF YOU ARE READING THIS: DO NOT OFFER THE CAMARO AS A FOUR-DOOR! THIS THREAD IS FOR CONVERSATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY!!! |

They are more likely to bring back the Metro than they are to make a 4 door Camaro. But if you actually think about, they actually will make a 4 door Camaro, the new Impala, G8 among others will all be based on the same platform and as we all know...they will be 4 doors..

why not just have GM release a chevy version of the holden based G8 and call it the impala? i agree, camaros should be TWO doors only (looks and laughs at the FOUR door charger at the dodge dealership ).

I hope it never happens!Camaro has too much of a history of being a 2 door car, although Chrysler and it's 4 door Charger is a reality, but i also think it was a big mistake. That car should have never been designed as a 4 door(my opinion)I would have bought the new Charger...if it was a 2 door. And yeah,Chevy has the 4 door Impala SS,but it is still a family car,and would never consider it a sports car,or a muscle car to say the least.
Many "Foreign" manufacturers have their sport sedans, which by a majority only "appeal" to the "foreign car market".I ,as a American consumer of Automotive products would never even consider what GM,Chrysler,Ford consider their idea of a "sport sedan" seriously. And most of us who consider ourselves real "gearheads" wouldn't either. |

Im not dissing any impala, i like them, the new restyled ones look a lot better than the 2000-2005 cars. my mom LOVED her 2002 LS with all the toys, but hated the bucket seats and floor shifter (she used her car for work and was always doing paperwork and needed a bench seat for that), but other than that she loved the car, the comfort, the power (insert tim allen grunt here *augh augh augh* ), the stereo (top end am/fm cd with changer and audio controls on the steering wheel). but what I DONT understand is how come on the 2000-2005 cars (and the monte carlo like mine) have the key in the dash near the steering column, but is BACK on the steering column for the 06 up year . I personally prefer the 94-96 Impala SS with that rip snorting LT1 engine oh baby, would i LOVE to have one of those .
