Did the Hood scoop came with the underhood water tray, hardware and rubber?

It didn't list those items on the website, but I can report back when I receive it.

I'm assuming the front fender extension is separate from the front flare. Is there a part number for the extensions?

If I can make a suggestion? The parts that are on restriction maybe put an R or abbreviation next to the name in parenthesis? That way we know what is available to non z/28 owners

Incorrect.
The flare extension IS part of the fender flare

Just got it today and it didn't come with the water tray. I'm not sure what hardware is included but there are fasteners that are attached and a foam gasket already attached.

Does anyone got a pic/part number of the front license plate bracket. Live in NJ and want to see what gm did to "engineer" a performance front plate for this car.

So, I see an R next to the wheels indicating, I guess, that they are on restriction. Any idea if they really are and if so when they may be released? I'd much rather have them instead of some of the aftermarket choices.

Alright guys I'm ready to order my z/28 rear spoiler and wickerbill. Do I need the extension kit thing as well? I have a 14' 1ls. And will gm install it and warranty it?

Yes I've seen his thread which is what drives my desire to have them. I heard a rumor Ofer may offer the flares for pre 14 cars. But that is a rumor and have heard nothig for a couple of months. Justice Pete also ran 305's on the Lingenfelter car. I may just get them for my AutoX days and run the stockers for DD. I work out of the country so it doesnt see a lot of street days.
