Wanna Race?

LMAO, this got "banned" on another forum

On my way home from my favorite Indian Casino, I was going up a two-lane surface street close to home when a Dodge Challenger came roaring up behind me. There are a series of stop signs on this particular road. I had the top down and could hear whoever revving the engine trying to impress me.....NOT! My SS Camaro could have whooped this one. I put the selector to Sport Mode and drove to the next stop sign and whoever came roaring up again. Second time I pulled away slow to let him get right behind me and......schmoked!!!!! Ba ha ha....so far back when I got to the next stop but he did it one more time, so one more time SCHMOKED!!!

So, how many of you out there find others trying to race you? I've had a Lamborghini (not going to embarrass myself with that one), a couple of Porsche's and my Challenger hero. I never know if someone is pulling up to admire or "attempt" a race. I've had more people trying to "out perform" in one month of ownership than in the three years I owned the Camaro.

I think it's hilarious and fun especially when it's three kids in a rusted integra giving you that hard look. I talked to one of these types before and he asks me for the money why I would choose a vette. Honestly, people are just so uninformed and have certain notions that will never break. As for the Lamborghini, are you sure you couldn't take him. What was it exactly and what approx year?

Sorry, I couldn't tell you, but the freeway was packed......there was a local car show and I'm sure that is where his garage queen was headed.
