full diff swap
I was looking for a full diff swap diy. I see the bushing and gears one but it really doesn't have much info about just the diff.

Do you want the complete differential already assembled?

If you are only doing a diff swap, its real easy:
1. Support rear of car with jackstands on the subframe in front of the rear tire. 2. Remove exhaust from headers back. 3. Pick a side and remove tire. 4. Remove the strut, trailing arm to lower control arm (LCA) bolt, toe rod to LCA bolt, upper control arm to spindle bolt, and loosen the spindle to LCA bolt. 5. Remove axle nut 6. Remove e-brake line from toe rod and from spindle. 7. Pull down on the spindle towards you at the same time you push out the axle. 8. Once axle is out of hub, gently use a crowbar to remove the axle from the diff. 9. Remove differential end of driveshaft from diff. Just let it hang. 0. Place tranny jack under differential and proceed to remove all 3 bolts 1. Once diff is free, start lowering the diff until it clears its mounting points. 2. Push diff towards the side of the car you removed the suspension from. Take your crowbar and remove remaining axle from differential. Let it hang. 3. Slowly lower diff a little more so you can access the breather tube. Just slide the tube off the fitting. No effort needed. 4. Install in reverse order. This is all from memory. Just pay attention to everything that youre doing incase I missed something. Just make sure you have something handy to keep the hub up while you work on the other things. A crate works real well. Just keep an eye on it that it doesnt ever pull the brake line tight.

Yep. Just the whole unit swap. By the last post I am hoping I can figure it out.
