CAI

Anyone have trouble contacting CAI? I ordered a cold air intake and for three days three days the tracking says order has been processing! I know you get what you pay for and I selected free shipping. The frustrating thing is that their web contact email won't work to get an update and phone number isn't working. Hope the CS isn't an indication on product quality?

that sounds unusual, usually they have awesome shipping and customer service.
Send them an email, ask for Bill.

OP- We are here, have you tried calling, emailing, or sending us a PM???

I just sent you a PM with your order status.

As for free shipping, it ships the same way, we ship all U.S. orders via UPS ground and we always ship out within 24 hours of being placed, regardless of free shipping or not.

Thanks! I was actually at the show last night (press passes before it opens to the public ) We are here 8-4:30 EST M-F everyday except major holidays.

Wow I was wrong to even think some one didn't care! It was all an issue outside their control with weather and raw material shortage. Once I got in touch with Bill, I am satisfied and understand the issue. Waiting for my parts to arrive. If quality is as great as their customer service I will be a happy camper. With the recommendations from people on this site and the assurance from Bill, my faith in CAI has been restored. Thanks for the replies!

My New CAI

Looks good and very easy to install. Great instructions to perform installations. Great service had to wait because raw material was not available, but they made it right even though it was beyond their control. The black looks great in my engine compartment! Name:  image.jpg
