anyone use nitrous on their zl-1
Curious if the lsa would respond well to a nitrous kit or is the stock bottom end too weak. What kind of gain could be expected from a 100 or 200 shot?

LOL
The biggest challenge would be you would not want the NOS going through the supercharger so it would have to be a port style kit. The potential for power is there but overall NOS plus boost can be very difficult to build safely. Most just add more boost. Safer and cheaper. That being said I am sure someone has done it. If you do...... post pics.

You can add a nozzle, directport or spray bars to the sc'er. It works great.. the lsa is a great motor for nitrous.

Nitrous in a small amount would be a great idea just for the cooling effects alone.

Ive hear, only rumors, that there are a few running NOS. A dry shot from 25hP up to 50hp....
I was thinking about it but Im choosing meth for cooling. those are only rumors..... |

I'm working with Nitrous Outlet to make a ZL1-specific plate kit. We've already done the first fitting of the plate and solenoid bracket. We're waiting for some new brackets to get cut and we'll do the next fitting.

Dennis has been under the hood and in the trunk already. You should be the first to run down the track with a little N2O! |
