Exclamation upgrade options

Im interested in the best upgrade kit around $1500. The only mod I have at the moment is the rotofab intake. I have a shop and am capable of installing everything, the only thing I need other than the parts included in the packages would be a tune. What would be the best bang for the buck if I installed everything?

Bang for the buck, well I hear you, but if you want to be heard slap some long tube headers on that bad girl and wake her up a little.

Got my American Racing Headers and high flow cats for about $1200, maybe a little more(it was in a package) and that was shipped. Leave you plenty of room for a tune.

Probably not as much power as a pulley though, but I sure enjoy them, my pulleys will come this winter.

pulley, tune, CAI, throttle body most bang for buck. Headers are ok.

What kind of output would you expect and how much total cost?

Pulley (upper or lower), tune are mandatory. TB or TB port is cheap so might as well do it.

after that you may need injectors wich starts to dirve out of you budget.

other decent mods

1. plenum port
2. ZR1 cam (~35hp)
3. headers
4. the other pulley you did not buy the first time

most of this stuff wil require you to have an injector upgrade.

I'm interested in what is needed to make my Z sound louder while idling and take other than new exhaust. Will I need some more headers? If so what kind would one recommend. I'm really trying to make my Z sound like a complete beast, not that it doesnt sound like one now. Any help or opinions would help. Thank you! Performance mod with it is fine.

P.S. I have already pulled the fuse for the exhaust

I find it ironic Camaro5 member "silentZL1" wants his ZL1 to sound really loud.

Depends on what you looking for as well. Warranty? This including installation?

LPE so far has the LOWEST price out the door price for their LPE 630 kit with warranty. Right in that price range.

My tech at my shop is able to reset and clear any tune history if I needed to take it to the dealer for any warranty work, so im not worried about warranty, with that being said I still would like a reliable setup. LPE as in Lingenfelter?
