Recording exhaust sounds?
So what's the best recording device to use for exhaust sounds?
I see a lot of Iphone vid clips but I'm not sure that's picking up the real sound of the car. Just wondering... Thanks!

same problem here. iPhone sounds alot more high pitch then it actually is.

I would say an actual video camera with a good external mic ...
