Maybe a tuning issue?
Maybe your fans don't pull air across enough of the radiator? Which Spal's are they? Is there a gap between the fans and the back of the radiator?
Not a tune issue already checked dat spal fans
Are 1700cfm a piece and both always on i think it is the
Shroud cuz its the only piece not back on car which when
Installed acts as a vortex n pulls dat hot air at idłe thru
and out of Bottom area of bumper...

the larger intercooler in front of the radiator will lose some cooling capacity but shouldnt be anything major. But with the heat the way its been im sure its worse
