I think that's what a lot of the appeal of the Skyline is. I mean it only comes RHD. That was my fasination with it. Not that it was supposed to be some major super car, but that it was different. Hell I'd still like to have one...For a daily driver... Gotta keep the miles down on the Camaro when I get it. That's just IMO though.

I'm hoping for RHD (as that's what we have here) - reckon it's be nearer $80k though which will mean it may not be the car I buy (we'll see!).
I'm selling my 2005 Monaro VXR - IF and WHEN I hear more about a UK Camaro!

If it helps, I'm going from a beater Impreza to the Camaro. The AWD to RWD will be a downgrade, but I'll be upgrading from slow and ugly ricer wagon to fast and hot American muscle.

The 03 silv crew cab and the 03 Mazda 3 Hatch Back will be paid off that year. If possible I'm gonna try to keep em both. May have to trade one in to get the what ever the max HP option is... We'll see.

$-wise - it's ridiculous. I can put $150 in the tank and get 200 miles... costing $2000 a year in insurance and $500 for road tax. I don't know what those figures mean to you guys but to me, it'll never be a daily driver. :(

$2000 a year for insurance is high, but no different than a lot of people (generally younger, or ticket/accident prone) pay. The gas though is ridiculous. What is it a gallon (or litre) there? (In American dollars if you know. LOL) |
