For those of us who already live in states requiring 2 plates, they look just like they have before....1 plate on the front, 1 on the back.

Sure it sucks, but it makes it legal. After the Camaro hits the streets, the cops are sure to see more than a couple speeding and racing around, so they will keep a close eye on every Camaro on the road. Add to it the exhaust is sure to draw some attention. With all that, if putting a plate on the front takes away just one thing they can write a ticket for, you do it.

X2

I have my front license plate screwed onto the plastic mount that was made for it...sitting in the side pocket in the back of the car

I was thinkin of mounting it to the front air dam like ive seen before, but not too sure

There will be a factory way. so many states require it that there almost always is either a flat spot on the front air dam/bumper/ piece of urethane. or a place you can put one on. i've seen some pretty ugly ones.

Being from a state that only requires a rear plate i HATE it when i buy a car that has a flat spot on the front for a damn license plate

I have my billet grill and I am VERY proud of it... so NO license plate on my 4th gen and definitely no license plate on my 5th gen! (on the front, that is!)

all you have to do is place the license plate in the windshield so that it is not obstructing your view and it is perfectly legal at least in Colorado. just as long as the plate is visible for the police.

Since this seems to be a hot topic right now... here's a chop with a front
tag. Sorry, hope you don't mind the use of your plate, TAG.
Let me just say this... I am so glad a front plate is not required in Alabama.

That doesn't look half bad. It could be way worse. My car that the insert with the bird on it that is removed to mount the front plate. There's a clear acryllic cover for sale that has the bird in it so I can have the best of both worlds. It retains the lines of the car, but beeps the front plate perfectly visible.

That is GREAT! I'm actually looking at my 5th Gen! Thanks very much, Mash. I feel a new screen saver coming on! The license plate really does not look too bad. It kind of messes w/ the lines of the car, if you know what I mean...but doesn't make it look horrible. I could deal w/ it. Personally, I'd rather keep it the same as my Camaro right now=no front plate.

Serisously, thanks again Mash. I'm going to send that out in a few emails today!
