Mine will be 6 years old this Oct. It has just over 15K, 5K since engine built. I run it at least 4 times a week and take it to car shows, where everyone wants to hear it run. Best and last new car I will ever buy.

In the same boat, minus the mileage, and will hit 54 this year. I daily drive my blacked out 2016 1SS M6 I bought in October of 2016, even in heavy Houston traffic to work.
Never got the argument in traffic manuals suck. Hardest manual I ever drove was my first car at 16, a 3-speed '69 Stang. Now, that would be a pain in the ass in Houston traffic. The Camaro is a breeze. To each his/her own I guess. Great dang car. I've got close to 108k on the vehicle, but it's been the most reliable muscle or sports car I've ever owned. Plan on garaging it at 144k when my bumper-to-bumper extended warranty through my credit union goes, which I got for $1,200. Hell of a steal. It's already saved me 3,000 for fuel pump issues and control arms and ball joints. All the other little issues I fixed myself, having turned wrenches on hotrods most of my life. Why the hell they covered the suspension I have no clue. Seems like wear and tear items to me. But no complaints here. Then the mods will begin after I buy a cheap, reliable Toyota or Honda to daily. Looking forward to it. Sad to see the Camaro go, but at least we still got our hands on one. I had orginally bought brand new a '15 1SS because when they came out I didn't like the looks that much of the '16. But it grew on me, like the Challenger. Then it won car of the year from Motor Trend in 2016, I saw how many upgrades it had over my 5th gen, and I had buyer's remorse. Lost 15k on the trade-in, but well worth it. Great damn vehicle. Great post! I agree with most of the commenters. I’ll be 49 later this year, and I’m itching to put some more miles, each driving season in MA, on my 2018 Hot Wheel’s 50th Anniversary Edition 2SS M6. My first car was an 88 IROC-Z with T-tops and the 5.7L, that I bought in 1992! It ended up getting modded quite a bit. I then owned a 95 Z28, a 98 Z28, an 06 GTO, a 10 1SS, a 17 1SS, and lastly, my OWN IT UNTIL I CAN’T DRIVE A MANUAL ANYMORE toy, the HW Camaro. The miles are insanely low because I bought it with 1376 miles on it 2 years ago, then I immediately had shifting shoulder surgery. I’m not even to 2k miles yet! It is my second car(lifted 2011 Jeep GC Limited 5.7L, full Borla exhaust, 33” Duratrac tires on Black Rhino wheels is my daily)…so I’ll get it out stretching its legs every nice weather day I can, soon! All healed up and ready to row! These cars are beautiful and tons of fun to boot! 🇺🇸🤘🏼

I got my 2017 in August of 2016. It 7 1/2 years old and just rolled over to 86K yesterday. I'm retired but it's my daily driver. I've got three trips from Texas to CamaroFest and numerous trips down to the Texas coast. Still loving it.

It happens! lol. My 2018 Hot Wheels 50th Anniversary Edition 2SS M6 currently has 1566 miles on it! Itching to drive it more, but I got it 2 years ago with 1376 miles on it, then I immediately had to have shifting shoulder surgery. Im healed up and ready to enjoy it this Spring/Summer/Fall in MA. I’m 48, and keeping it until I can’t drive it. 👍🏻
