Just got my first new car: 2023 1SS 1LE
I didn't see a welcome thread (or I'm blind). I saw others doing this so I guess here goes.
Got my first brand new car in August this year (just.. late to the forum) It's a 2023 1SS 1LE, basically ordered to match the press photos (I thought it looked sharp). I got the 6 speed manual, PDR, and a couple other random options. She's put to bed for the year, but anxiously awaiting driving it again next spring! |

to the forums, speedyink1. You got yourself a real beauty there, congratulations. Best wheels ever on a Camaro.
The one good thing about living up north with a sports car is that driving her the first time after each winter hibernation almost feels like getting a new car By the way, the welcome section is in the Members area, here: https://www.camaro6.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=141

Congrats, but the front end looks a little high with that big wheel gap - make sure there are no spring spacers in there. Dealers frequently forget to take them out.

Thanks everyone! ZPirate, what color did you get? I really do like this trim, just an overall good looking and driving package, and the price was right.
It'll be so nice, like driving it off the lot feeling again. It's gonna be a long winter, lol Thanks for the heads up. I will be sure to get them to check into it. Is it something I could see if I get under the car? |

Just look at the front springs above the front tires, if you see orange things in there they left the shipping spacers in and they should be removed... I agree, your front end looks high, I think it is likely your shipping spacers are in there...

Congrats on the Camaro! Bigger congrats on living on Vancouver island. We went there for vacation this past summer as well as Garibaldi lake. You have some amazing wilderness in your backyard.
