Yes, it included both. I believe it was discounted since I was purchasing a head unit as well

Ebay has the Cam1 kit for about 185 I just bought one and the maestro rr is about 90. Just installed the Cam1 kit, maestro and a Kenwood ddx 9905s tonight. Everything worked first try, which shocked me since the Metra and pac kit drove me crazy. My tire pressure, etc, steering controls etc all worked as soon as I turned it on. I ran into only 1 issue, when my rcas were run years ago, my Kenwood at that time had like a foot long rca that came out the Hu, this new 9905s has only plug ins, so my rcas don't reach. Was able to get sub rca to reach but my front and rear are not long enough, but I was able to test everything until I get that longer.

I just installed a Pioneer AVH 4500NEX along with the iDatalink Cam1 kit and its pretty awesome. I'm amazed at how much better my factory Boston Acoustics sound with my new Pioneer over the OEM head unit. Very clear night and day difference between the two.
