Free updated tunes with hp tuners?

Are there any tuners out there that use HP tuners and update your tunes for free as you do more mods?

There are some that will update for free, or at minimum a minimal price. Typically tuners won't charge the full "new tune" price simply because you've already paid to unlock your ECU on their tuner.

Most have a Full Tune price for first tune and then charge by the hour for mods.

Same. You will receive base tune per you're mods, you load it, our log and send to tuner, he makes change, you reload, you log, he makes changes, etc etc.

Each time you send log and he send mods to tune, you pay for it.

Dynosteve works like this if you want. A good start after big mods, but then you can do the smaller changes yourself to dial it in without going back and forth through email.

Yes, if you own HPTuners, you can do it through that so you don't have to buy another system.

Many tuners when doing a remote tune will do a certain number of "retunes" to fine tune or go along with updates you have. Typically there's a number that they set as the limit. DynoSteve

Maybe if you already own HP Tuners. I wanted to go that way and Steve talked me out of HP Tuners and into the SCT platform. Later, when there was issues with SCT, he refused to sell me HP Tuners. It was weird.

I really wish I would have went with my first instincts because I'm going to end up going with HP Tuners anyway.

If anyone is interested in my used SCT X4, I will give you a good deal. I just need to keep it until March 4th when I have my car dyno-tuned. I have to go back to stock because the ECM is currently tuner-locked, so I need to keep the device until then so I can go back to stock right before I drop the car off.

After I get a good base tune, I am going to start doing some of my own tuning so that I can learn. I will be using HP Tuners to do that.

Reach out when you get HPT, I'm always willing to chat information with people.

You will pay an initial tune price for current mods then purchase your parts from me and get tune updates for those parts FREE.
