Like it! Ordered one from Hyundai, got it three days later.
Installed in 20 minutes, works great. I used an auto speed nut slipped through the large hole... nice and solid. If you are careful in removing the tree clips, they will reinstall and work fine. |

Thanks very much for the idea, I just did this too - pics in my mods link below. I used a normal nylon strap. I also used a more central bolt - if we close our trunks off center, we risk getting the paint chips near the front corners of the lid. Not saying yours is a lot off center, and it will matter, but just mentioning it.

Finally installed mine. Works great! It allows you to pull down past center and then release to close never touching the exterior anywhere.

I took bought mine on eBay. I paid $14 shipped. Really easy to do. A must have for our cars IMO.
