You can try just clearing the code with your hand held tuner. I just laid down the same tune again and the issue was gone but can come back in the cooler weather. I noticed the issue below 40*F but in the warmer weather it doesn't happen. My car runs right at 180* driving around and only gets up to 185* in the staging lanes waiting to run even when it's 95* out. I have an SCT X4 is that the same tuner you got from Jannetty?

Got the error message to go away for now using a hand held scan tool so nothing terminal, Ted wrote me back asking a few questions about the T Stat so hopefully he can help me out.

you have to set the code to "no error reported" . I use Hp tuners to change this . I do not know the time that is set but it also happened to me on a cool morning before I realized I need to change the code .
I disabled P0128 and ECM throwing XXX on the DIC and cutting the air conditioning off. I researched what I could find, and seen that the computer does not like the temp either not coming up fast enough |

i used to get this alot. Unhook battery and all was good when hooked back up.

Ted sent me a revised tune to fix the issue I just gotta read the instructions 100 times so I dont screw it up.

I had this happen as well. Try adding some coolant, that's what fixed my issue.

Its a tune issue coolant was full and I had just done a complete flush a few weeks ago and checked it every other day.
