Blue with the black looks good. All black just looks wicked..

the Blue with the black wheels is how I would go, but did like the dark grey competition wheels they used to have.
And Fbodfather said BLUE wouldn't sell, in any GM car, which is why ABM was so short lived in Camaro, no blue like ABM or the Laguna Blue and no purchase by ME.

I had that similar Blue on my Ralliart Sportback, it is a nice color, for a looker thou.

Real Laguna Blue will be more metallic and maybe lighter? But blue looks awesome on the C7 regardless.
